IGK offers products of integrity. All items purchased from must be returned to Similarly, IGK can only issue refunds or accept returns and exchanges for items purchased on Product purchased from our salon partners should be returned to the salon. Items must be unopened and returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Refunds are credited to the original payment card only.

Customers who would like to return or exchange a product should call 1-855-IGK-3322 to have a Return Authorization Number issued. Please include a copy of the packing slip with the Return Authorization Number clearly marked in the box with the returned product. For your protection, we recommend that you send your return via an insured method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post).

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Generally, the processing time for refunds is 7 to 10 full business days from the time your package is received. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.

Can I cancel my order?

It is our priority to get your order to you as fast as possible and for this reason we, unfortunately, are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. 

 I put the wrong address on my order, what should I do?

We always recommend checking your shipping address before completing the order. Unfortunately, we are unable to update the shipping address after the order is placed and we are not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided at the checkout process. However, when you receive the tracking information you may check with the shipping courier if they are able to accommodate your request. 

Can I add/remove an item on my order? 

Unfortunately, we are not able to add or remove item(s) from your order once it has been placed. 

I received the wrong/missing product or my product arrived damaged. Can I return it?

If the wrong/missing product and/or defective product was received, please email with your order number in the subject line and a photo if possible. An IGK team member will help you out!
